Arguably the greatest of all time, our Goat box will contain a minimum of 15kg of delicious Mid-North grown fresh goat meat. The goat box consists of the meat from an entire goat. While exact weights are unknown until butchering, we ensure you will get a minimum of 15kg of goat meat by topping it up with additional meat from another animal if the finished weight comes in low. Typically, we are pretty close with our weight estimates, but animals being animals tend to vary, so you can rest assured you will receive every bit of value from your goat box.
You can expect the following cuts in your Goat box:
- Forequarters – Roasts
- Loin – Chops
- Hindquarters – Diced
- Flaps and trim – Diced
- Kidneys can be added at no additional cost by request
Your meat will be delivered fresh from a licenced meat processor, where it is directly transported to your door in a refrigerated coolroom. Orders are typically done on a month to month basis, so depending on the timing of your order you can expect delivery from 2 to 4 weeks from placing an order. We will communicate this with you and advise where you are in the schedule once your order is placed.
