There is no question, buying lamb as a whole (or Half) animal instead of individual cuts is the most cost effective way to buy it, another way to get a good price on lamb meat is sourcing it direct from the farm. Well you’re in luck, At Cartapo Creek Meat & Livestock we sell lamb meat in bulk straight from the paddock, so you are sure to have some of the cheapest lamb meat on the market right here… And it’s premium quality. Pasture raised and grain finished is our favourite combination, and the results speak for themselves. Our Lamb box is a minimum of 11.5kg, we ensure you receive at least 11.5kg of lamb meat in your order, and if your animal falls in under this weight, we will top up your order with meat from another animal so you are guaranteed at least 11.5kg of premium Lamb meat in your Lamb Box.
In your Lamb box you can expect the following cuts:
- Forequarters – Whole single roasts with bone in
- Loin – Chops
- Hindquarters – halved – 4 roasts with bone in
- Neck Chops
- Mince

Your meat will be delivered fresh from a licenced meat processor, where it is directly transported to your door in a refrigerated coolroom. Orders are typically done on a month to month basis, so depending on the timing of your order you can expect delivery from 2 to 4 weeks from placing an order. We will communicate this with you and advise where you are in the schedule once your order is placed.
